A Series of Unfortunate Events (Part 2): The Car Wreck
Michelle mentioned this in her blog post a couple of weeks ago, but I’ll tell you the whole story now.
I got in a car wreck and it was terrible. I was going over some railroad tracks and when I tried to brake, my tires slid over a metal part of the tracks, thus making my brakes completely obsolete. And then the front part of my car crunched under an SUV.
On that same day, I was also awarded with a speeding ticket (I know! Sorry Mom and Dad!).
Then, to top it all off, I had to go to work right after the car wreck all teary-eyed and frustrated.

How I felt.
Thus, while my car Cosmo is getting a face-lift, I am car-less, and I will probably be car-less for a while considering the extent of the damages to my car.
Luckily, I can still use the transportation services offered on-campus when I need to get around. My friends have been really nice about driving me places too, so it hasn’t been that bad.
But car wrecks are never fun = unfortunate event #2.
Moral of this story:
1. Be careful driving around railroad tracks.
2. Watch your speeding!
3. Some days will be bad ones.
4. No car? No problem while you are on-campus!
5. Looking at pictures of animals that are sad too will make you feel better and go, “AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!” instead of “OMG WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY LIFE?!”
Come back tomorrow for the next installment of A Series of Unfortunate Events (Part 3): The 2-Week Sickness!
